Refund Policies

1. Fees Refund Policy

  • All course fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • In special cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute management.

2. Trial Classes

  • If a trial class is offered, no refund will be provided after attending the trial session.

3. Cancellation by Student

  • If a student decides to leave the course after enrollment, no refund will be issued.
  • Fees cannot be transferred to another student.

4. Cancellation by Institute

  • If the institute cancels a course or is unable to continue classes, a partial or full refund may be provided.

5. Missed Classes

  • No refund will be given for missed classes.
  • Makeup classes may be provided depending on availability.

6. Payment Errors

  • In case of duplicate or incorrect payment, please contact us immediately.
  • Valid refund requests for such issues will be processed within a reasonable time.

7. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
